Being pregnant and having a baby is one of the most extraordinary and normal things that can happen to you! It's a very special time of life! With all the excitement that this event brings, it's easy to lose sight of YOU!

​At Pilates Now! we understand the changes your body goes through when pregnant and design your sessions accordingly. We offer specialist care, taking you through your 2nd & 3rd trimester to keep you strong, mobile, and pain-free whilst preparing you for the birth. Book your Antenatal package from 12 weeks.

Postnatal Pilates is essential to get you back into shape afterwards. Everyone's birth experience is different and we offer bespoke care whether you have a normal, assisted or C-section birth; or experience leaking, prolapse or rectus diastasis afterwards. We're here to help. So whilst you're looking after the baby, we can look after you! Book your Postnatal package 6 weeks after a normal delivery & 12 weeks after a C-section.
