1.05pm: 1:! Pilates customised workout for pregnancy or post-partum recovery.
The session is led by Faith, a certified Stott Pilates instructor specialising in pre/post-natal Pilates and Diastasis Recti Recovery.
Pre-natal class suitable from 12 weeks
Post-natal suitable from 6 weeks post-partum with a natural birth or 12 weeks post c-section.
