Service Description

Essential / Beginners Online Pilates Plus Class for three participants using small equipment. All classes are based around the equipment available and the ability of the participants. A great place to start online Mat Pilates; if you're returning to exercise after an injury or Post-natal.

Cancellation Policy

A sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the original booking. If you have a Pass or Plan, rescheduled sessions must be made before the expiry date of the pass.
